A. Standardization of testing: in accordance with GB/T16584 "Rubber - Determination of characteristic vulcanization using a rotorless vulcanizing apparatus" ISO6502: 1991 and ASTM D5289-95.

C. Special note on high-quality features: The excellent feature of humanized design is that the measurement time can be modified during the testing process. The rubber material is estimated to complete vulcanization in 20 minutes. Assuming a 20 minute measurement time, it is found that vulcanization has already been completed at 9 and 10 minutes after 11 minutes. At this time, there is no need to continue. Just "modify the measurement time" and divide the 20 minutes into 9 or 10 minutes. Press "send out", and the experiment will immediately stop at 9 or 10 minutes, draw the complete vulcanization curve, and calculate all data. If the experiment reaches 18 minutes and the vulcanization curve is still rising at the end of 19 minutes, and vulcanization is not yet completed, the experiment must be continued, otherwise the data obtained will be incorrect. At this time, the measurement time can be modified to 25 minutes. Divide or more, let the experiment continue until vulcanization is complete. This feature undoubtedly greatly facilitates users, saving valuable time and adhesive materials.
D. Auto Scale automatically optimizes the curve scale of the graph. After the measurement is completed, the software will automatically adjust the Y scale according to the measurement value from 0-5 Mv0 to 10 Mv and 0-20 Mv, making the curve more beautiful. Multiple curve comparisons can be made with completely different rubber materials, curve shapes, and measurement times.
